We ship domestic orders through USPS 2-Day Priority Mail for a flat rate of $9 which includes a tracking number and insurance. Salt Grass is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and therefore cannot be held accountable for orders shipped via USPS once it leaves our studio. We have yet to have a problem with USPS and feel they are the most reliable service. We also offer a 3-Day First Class Mail option for $5, which does not include insurance. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange it. All items must be unworn and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Many items with a stone CANNOT be resized so please make sure you have the correct size before you order. We highly recommend using our accurate at home ring sizer if you are unsure of your size. We cannot accept returns on custom items. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping charges on returned, exchanged or repaired items. Salt Grass Jewelry cannot be held responsible for items shipped to us, therefore, we ask that you use a traceable and insurable mailing service. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products, repairs are accepted on an individual basis only. Most adjustments are quick and easy but some items with stones, can require multiple steps and therefore be a laborious process. Because of this, some of our repairs have a minimum fee which is half the price of the item (current pricing) plus shipping. Please email us at email@example.com for questions.
